摘 要:为了确定引起鸡急性死亡的病原菌,从临床病死鸡体内分离到的一株病原菌,并命名为QHP-1,采用分离培养、纯培养、形态观察、生化试验等鉴定方法,初步鉴定为多杀性巴氏杆菌。经过Kmt1基因序列分析发现,临床分离菌株QHP-1与多杀性巴氏杆菌的同源性为100%。动物回归试验表明,分离的QHP-1株有强的致病性。耐药性分析结果:分离菌株QHP-1对头孢克肟、头孢曲松、强力霉素、恩诺沙星4种药物高度敏感;对氟苯尼考、庆大霉素、阿米卡星3种药物中度敏感;对阿莫西林、氨苄西林、四环素等5种药物耐药。To identify the pathogen which caused serious acute death in chickens,Tile aim of this study was to identify a suspec- ted pathogenic bacteria isolated from the clinical death cases of chicken, and named QHP - 1. The suspected hacteria strain was analyzed by the methods of isolating culture and morphological observation. The results showed that the suspected strain was P. multocida. The Kmtlgene sequence analysis showed that the homology between clinical isolates QHP- 1 and Pasteurella multocida was 100%. The results of the animal regression test showed that the isolated QHP - 1 strains had strong pathogenicily. Results uf drag susceptibility test indicated that the isolate strain was highly sensitive to spore cefixime,ceftriaxnne,doxycycline, enrofloxacin, mod- erately sensitive to florfenicol, gentamicin, Amikaein; the 5 kinds of drugs were not sensitive to amoxicillin, ampicillin and tetracycline etc.
