当归补血口服液醇沉物对雏鸡生长性能及ND抗体水平的影响

摘　　要：为探讨当归补血口服液制剂工艺中水提醇沉废弃物—醇沉物对雏鸡的生长性能及免疫作用,本试验选取300只1日龄雏公鸡,随机分成5组,每组60只,第1组为空白对照组,第2组为400 mg/kg体重黄芪多糖粉组,第3、4、5组分别为醇沉物200mg/kg体重、400mg/kg体重和600 mg/kg体重组。试验期为42 d。每组分别于21,42日龄测定平均日增重、平均采食量、耗料增重比,在14,21,28,42日龄测定新城疫血凝抑制(ND-HI)抗体水平。结果显示:黄芪多糖组和不同浓度醇沉物均能显著提高平均日增重、ND抗体效价,降低耗料增重比,而高、中剂量醇沉物组与黄芪多糖对照组对雏鸡的生长性能和免疫功能的作用效果显著,组间差异不显著。从经济角度考虑,确定400 mg/kg体重醇沉物为最佳添加剂量。In this study, we analyzed the effect of the alcohol sediment produced in the processing of Danggui Buxue oral liquid on growth performance and immunization in roosters. Three hundred 1 - day - ohl roosters were randomly divided into 5 groups： the first grnup was the control group; the second group was administered with 400 mg/kg astragalus polysaeeharides; and the third to fifth groups were administered with 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg, or 600 mg/kg alcohol sediment, respectively. On days 21 and 42, the aver- age daily gain, average feed intake, and weight ratio were recorded. On days 14, 21, 28, and 42, plasma samples were collected to analyze hemagglutination inhibition antibody titers. The results showed that in comparison with the blank control, astragalus polysac- charides and different eoncentrations of Mcohol sediment improved the average daily gain and newcastle disease （ND） antibody titer, and reduced the material weight ratio. The high and middle doses of alcohol sediment and astragalus polysaccharides improved the production ability and immune function of broiler chiekens, but the 400 mg/kg was considered as the best supplement dose.
