摘  要:目的研究5种化学消毒剂的消毒效果,为高等级生物安全实验室相关设施设备选择合适的液体消毒剂和消毒方案提供参考依据。方法采用定性消毒试验法,分别比较5种常见消毒剂对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢两种不同载体生物指示剂的浸泡消毒效果。结果 0.2%过氧乙酸在10 min内能够完全杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢;2%过氧化氢对芽孢悬液和芽孢试纸条的杀灭时间分别为10 min和5 h;混合季铵盐(5%~10%)和1%的84消毒液作用5 h能够有效消毒;10%新洁尔灭在5 h内无杀灭效果。结论过氧乙酸和过氧化氢的浸泡消毒效果好于其他3种化学消毒剂,高等级生物安全实验室废液浸泡消毒应优先选择这2种消毒剂。Objective To study the disinfection efficacy of five different chemical disinfectants,provide reference for selecting suitable liquid disinfectant and disinfection scheme for the related equipment and facilities in high-level biosafety laboratory. Methods Qualitative disinfection test method was used to compare the immersion disinfection efficacy on two different carriers of Bacillus subtilis var niger spore biological indicator of five kinds of common disinfectants. Results 0. 2%peracetic acid can kill Bacillus subtilis var niger spores completely in 10 min. The killing time of 2% hydrogen peroxide to spore suspension and the spore strip was 10 min and 5 h,respectively. Using quaternary ammonium salt( 5% ~ 10%) and1% 84 disinfection solution,the spores can be effectively disinfected after reacting for more than 5 h. No disinfection efficacy was found using 10% bromogeramine for 5 h. Conclusion The immersion disinfection efficacy of peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide were better than the other three,which should be preferred for the high-level biosafety laboratory waste liquid immersion disinfection.
