某医院临床分离鲍曼不动杆菌分布与耐药性调查

摘　　要：目的了解医院临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌科室分布与耐药特点,为临床合理选用抗菌药物治疗鲍曼不动杆菌感染提供参考。方法回顾性分析某大型教学医院住院患者送检病原学标本中分离鲍曼不动杆菌的相关资料。结果 2013-2015年共分离出鲍曼不动杆菌121株,主要来源于痰液、咽部分泌物和尿液,构成比依次分别为75.21%(91株)、14.05%(17株)和6.61%(8株);阳性标本来源科室主要为呼吸内科、神经内科、重症监护病房,构成比依次分别为28.93%、28.10%和5.79%。临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌对多种抗菌药的耐药率平均达到70%,且有升高的趋势。结论医院感染鲍曼不动杆菌主要来自呼吸道标本,其对抗菌药耐药率呈明显升高趋势,加强呼吸道感染防控和控制抗菌药物使用为主要防控措施。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter Baumanii isolated from clinical hospital,and to provide reference for the rational use of antibiotics in the treatment of Acinetobacter Baumannii.Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter Baumannii isolated from patients in a hospital affiliated to a university. Results 121 strains of Acinetobacter Baumannii were isolated from 2013 to 2015,mainly found in secretions of sputum,throat secretion and urine,the ration were 75. 21%（ 91 strains）,14. 05%（ 17 strains）,and 6. 61%（ 8 strains）,respectively. Acinetobacter Baumannii was mainly distributed in the department of respiratory medicine,neurology,and ICU,the ratio were 28. 93%,28. 10% and 5. 79% respectively.The average resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated from clinical to variety of antibacterial drugs was 70%,and showed an upward trend. Conclusion Acinetobacter baumannii mainly came from respiratory tract specimens,and the drug resistance rate increased obviously. The main prevention and control measures is to strengthen the prevention and control of respiratory tract infection and the use of antibiotics.
