社区治理现代化视域下我国城市社区统战工作社会化和科学化研究——基于广东省珠三角的历史考察

摘　　要：基于城市社区治理范式和历史考察,我国城市社区统战工作社会化和科学化应基于七大对策,即以社区为依托、把新的社会阶层人士统战工作纳入统战范围,贯彻统战政策;以"互联网+"现代信息网络为媒介、发挥大数据时代"互联网+"现代高科技手段优势,构建城市社区网络统战工作机制;构建城市社区"两新"组织党建和统战工作机制、统战组织人事人才工作机制、教育学习培训和动态管理"四位一体"的统战工作机制、城市社区治理褒奖激励机制和城市社区"三社联动"机制。Based on both the urban community governance paradigm and the historical study, this paper puts forward the following countermeasures to socialize and scientize the united front work of urban communi- ties in China. Firstly, based on the communities, the people of the new social strata shall be integrated into the united front work scope, and the united front work policies shall be carried out. Secondly, taking the ＂ In- ternet Plus＂, the modem information intemet as the medium, one shall give a full play to the ＂Internet Plus＂, the modern hi - tech device, and build the united front work Internet mechanism of urban community. Third-ly, one shall build a two - new mechanism of Party construction and united front work, a work mechanism of personnel and talents, a four - in - one united front work mechanism of education as well as training and dy- namic management, and an incentive mechanism of urban community governance as well as the anism between social worker, community and social organization. linkage mech-
