摘　　要：法律修改是一项系统工程,需要遵循一定的指导原则。检察院组织法修改涵盖于法律修改范畴之中,应坚持法律修改的一般共同指导原则,同时又必须立足于检察院组织法自身的精神和理念,体现独特的价值和功能。因此,需要对检察院组织法修改的指导原则进行类型化分析,建立两类修法指导原则的理想模型,一类是以合宪性、民主化、科学性、吸收性、借鉴性、协调性为内涵的方略性原则;另一类是以人权保障、权力法定、监督制约、检察一体以及检察独立为主要内容的思想性原则。The revision of law is a systematic engineering, which needs to follow certain guiding princi- ples. The revision of the organic law of the people＇s procuratorates shall be embodied in the category of law revision, meanwhile it shall not only persist in the general and common guiding principles of law revison, but also ground on the spirit and conception of the organic law of the people＇ s procuratorates itself by reflecting its unique value and functions. Therefore, the guiding principles of revising the organic law of the people＇ s proc- uratorates need to carry out a categorization analysis, and build two ideal models of guiding principles of law revision. One ideal model is the strategic principle, which includes the principle of constitutionality, the prin- ciple of democratization, the principle of scientificity, the principle of absorbency, the principle of referentia- bility, and the principle of coordination. Another ideal model is the ideological principle, including the princi- ple of human rights protection, the principle of power awarded by the law, the principle of supervision, the principle of procuratorial integration, and the principle of procuratorial independence.
