摘 要:E两优186是袁隆平农业高科技股份有限公司、湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所、湖南亚华种业有限公司联合用E农1S与R186配组育成的两系杂交中籼新组合。E农1S和R186是湖北省农业科学院粮食作物研究所利用分子标记辅助选择技术分别育成的抗稻瘟病籼型两系不育系和恢复系,E农1S聚合了稻瘟病抗性基因Pi1、Pi2,R186则含抗褐飞虱基因Bph14、Bph15和抗白叶枯病基因Xa23。该组合参加长江中下游中籼迟熟组绿色通道区域试验,表现出产量高、米质较优、综合抗性较好、熟期适宜等特点,2017年通过国家农作物品种审定委员会审定,审定编号国审稻20176061。介绍了其选育过程、特征特性、栽培及制种技术要点。E Liangyou 186 (E Nong 1 S/R186) is a new two-line medium indica hybrid rice combination co-devel- oped by Yuan Long-ping High-tech Agriculture Co. , Ltd. , Food Crop Research Institute of Hubei Academy of Ag- ricultural Sciences and Hunan Yahua Seeds Co. , Ltd.. E Nong 1S, an indica PTGMS line with rice blast resist- ance genes Pil and Pi2, and R186, a restorer line with brown planthopper(BPH) resistance genes Bphl4, Bphl5 and bacterial blight resistance gene Xa23, were developed through the MAS technology by Food Crop Research In- stitute of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences. E Liangyou 186 showed high yield, fine grain quality, compara- tively good multiple resistance and suitable maturity in the late-maturing group for middle-season indica rice in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River of the "Green Path" regional trial, and was registered and released by the National Crop Variety Appraisal Committee of China in 2017 ( Guoshendao 20176061 ). In this paper, the breeding process, characteristics, key technical points of cultivation and seed production of E Liangyou 186 were introduced.
