摘　　要：概述了2016年世界原铝的产量及分布和各国原铝消费;归纳总结了2016年中国的铝土矿、氧化铝、电解铝、铝材加工、再生铝的产能和产量等基本情况,2016年中国原铝产量占世界原铝总产量的55.18%,原铝消费占世界原铝总消费的54.36%,铝产量和铝消费均超过世界铝产量和铝消费的一半还多;结合铝工业发展的现实情况,对国家有关行业的新政策进行了解读,提出了中国铝工业发展的几点建议,供同仁们参考。This report provides an overview of the production and distribution of the primary aluminum all over the world and also states its consumptions in various countries in 2016. The basic situation of capacity and output of bauxite, alumina, aluminum reduction, aluminum processing and recycled alu- minum in China during 2016 are summarized. The output of China primary aluminum was accounted for 55.18% of that over the world, and its con- sumption was accounted for 54.36% of that over the world. Both the production and the consumption of the aluminum in China were more than half of the world. Based on the reality of the development of aluminum industry, the relevant new policies in China are discussed and analyzed. In addition, six viewpoints with respect to the development of the aluminum industry are put forward to the colleagues for reference.
