摘　　要：能耗水平和产品质量是衡量敞开式焙烧炉技术水平的主要两个技术指标,能耗水平和产品质量指标均会受焙烧炉炉体结构设计、燃控系统控制策略、运行过程工艺运行参数和管理的影响,基于焙烧炉热平衡分析计算、焙烧实验室研究以及焙烧炉的全息仿真模拟研究结果,开展敞开式焙烧炉炉能耗水平和产品质量影响。因素的研究,其结果用于优化焙烧炉炉体结构设计和工艺参数的控制。Abstract： The energy consumption level and product quality are two key indexes to estimate open baking furnace performance. Some factors have influence on the two indexes such as the furnace structure design, firing system control strategy, process operation parameters and management. Based on the ther- mal equilibrium calculation, laboratory baking experiment and numerical simulation results, the influencing factors of baking furnace energy consumption level and products quality are analyzed, and all these research results are used to optimize the furnace designing and process parameters control.
