摘 要:油桐尺蠖是茶树等经济林木的重要害虫之一。相关科研活动及昆虫病毒生产需要大量龄期整齐,供应稳定的油桐尺蠖幼虫,而饲料是限制油桐尺蠖周年稳定生产的重要因素之一。该研究提出一种以茶叶干粉等物质组成的油桐尺蠖配方饲料,通过与油桐尺蠖自然食物相比,取食配方饲料的油桐尺蠖幼虫成活率为80.5%,幼虫历期为42 d,成蛹率为70.6%,平均每雌产卵量为550.1,孵化率为85.4%。与取食茶树鲜叶效果相似。因此,该人工饲料可替代自然食物饲喂油桐尺蠖。Buzura suppressaria Guenee is one of the important pests of tea trees and other economic trees. A large number of B. suppressaria larvae are needed in production and related scientific research activities. Food is one of the important factors for restricting the stable production of B. suppressaria anniversary production. This paper presented a kind of B. suppressaria formula food. The survival rate was 80.5% ;the duration was the larval period of 42 d; the pupal rate was 70.6% ; the average oviposition per female was 550.1, and the hatching rate was 85.4% about the B. suppressaria larvae for feeding the formula food. The resuhs were similar to feeding fresh leaves of tea plants. Therefore, B. suppressaria. the artificial diet could replace natural food with
