摘　　要：从品种选择、整地施肥、田间管理、收割4个方面对韭菜的栽培技术进行了阐述,介绍了韭蛆、韭菜灰霉病、韭菜疫病3种主要韭菜病虫害的发病症状及特点,并从物理、化学防治2方面总结了相应的防治措施。The cultivation techniques of leek were discussed from four aspects of variety selection, soil preparation, fertilization, field management and harvesting. The symptoms and characteristics of Bradysia odoriphaga, leek gray mold and leek blight were introduced, and the corresponding prevention measures are summarized from two aspects of physical and chemical control.
