通用塑料功能化发展的中国专利分析

摘　　要：利用中国知识产权网专利分析平台对五大类通用塑料——聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚苯乙烯(PS)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)的功能化发展进行了相关专利检索,对相关领域的专利申请趋势、申请人(专利权人)分布、专利技术特征等进行了分析。结果表明,通用塑料的功能化发展方向主要为高性能催化剂研发、聚合反应制备塑料(或聚烯烃)合金、聚合工艺及后加工工艺、共混改性等方面。建议加强重要技术的专利权保护和布局,加强产学研合作,整体提升我国通用塑料功能化的研发水平和产业化能力。By the China patent intellectual network property analysis platform, this paper searched the functional development of related patent and analyzed the patent application trend,patent holder,and the patent characteristics of 5 types of general plastics： polyethylene（PE）, polypropylene（PP）, polyvinyl chloride（PVC）, polystyrene（PS）, acrylonitrile butadiene styrene copolymer（ABS）. The results showed that the main functional development direction of general plastics is the development of high performance catalysts, polymerization of plastics（or polyolefin） alloy, polymerization process and post processing technology, blending modification and so on. This paper suggested strengthening patent protection and layout of important technology, strengthening the production-education-research cooperation, and improving the level of R D and industrialization of general plastics in China.
