摘 要:目的对呼吸系统重症患者进行血气分析,探究临床治疗,以便于提升呼吸系统重症患者的治疗效率。方法选择我院2016年1月—2017年4月收治的120例呼吸系统重症患者,对所有患者进行常规的一般治疗,对所有患者治疗前后的血气情况进行分析。结果本研究严重的肺炎和支气管哮喘急性发作期、慢性阻塞性肺疾病,患者经过有效的呼吸系统治疗之后,患者的PaO_2上升,PaCO_2下降;重症肺癌患者经过有效的呼吸系统治疗以后,患者的PaO_2和PaCO_2没有变化。结论在对肺挫伤和重症肺炎、慢性阻塞性肺疾病等呼吸系统症状患者进行诊断时,血气分析具有重要的价值。Objective To analyze the clinical data of blood gas analysisof patients with severe respiratory system diseases, so as to improve the treatment efficiency of patients with severerespiratory systemdiseases. Methods 120 patients with severe respiratory systemdiseases were selected in our hospital from January 2016 to April 2017 and they were adopted routine treatment. Blood gas analysis of all patients before and after treatment were carried out. Results Severe pneumonia and acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were studied in this study, the patient was treated with effective respiratory system, PaO2 increased in the patients, PaCO2 decline; after the effective respiratory system treatment of severe lung cancer patients, there was no change in PaO2 and PaCO2 in the patients. Conclusion Blood gas analysis is of great value in the diagnosis of respiratory symptoms such as severe pneumonia and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
