摘  要:目的研究分析肾病综合征急性肾衰竭使用血液透析治疗的效果。方法 2014年10月—2016年7月对我院的肾病综合症急性肾衰竭患者24例进行研究分析,将患者分成对照组和观察组,均有12例。对照组使用常规的临床治疗,观察组使用常规治疗和血液透析治疗,对两组患者的尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐(Ccr)、血清肌酐(Scr)的含量进行比较分析,统计患者的6个月死亡率、住院时间和并发症发生率。结果两组患者的尿素氮(BUN)、内生肌酐(Ccr)、血清肌酐(Scr)等指标在治疗后均得到改善(P<0.05),治疗后,观察组患者的各项指标比对照组优秀(P<0.05)。观察组6个月内死亡率、并发症几发生率、住院时间比对照组少(P<0.05)。结论肾病综合征急性肾衰竭患者接受血液透析治疗能够改善患者的肾功能,降低患者的死亡率,促进患者的恢复。Objective To study and analyze the effect of hemodialysis in the treatment of nephrotic syndrome with acute renal failure. Methods From October 2014 to July 2016, 24 cases of nephrotic syndrome with acute renal failure in our hospital were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 12 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional method, the observation group was treated with routine treatment and hemodialysis, the level of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Ccr), serum creatinine (Scr) in two groups were compared and analyzed, 6 months mortality, hospitalization time and complication rate were compared. Results The blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Ccr), serum creatinine (Scr) and other indicators were improved after treatment in both groups(P 〈 0.05), after treatment, the indicators in the observation group were better than the control group (P 〈 0.05). The 6 months mortality, complication rate and length of stay in the observation group were less than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Hemodialysis treatment in patients with nephrotic syndrome with acute renal failure can improve renal function, reduce mortality, and promote the recovery of patients.
