调摄冲任法在乳腺增生症治疗中的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨中医调摄冲任法在乳腺增生症治疗中的临床价值。方法收集乳腺增生症患者100例。治疗组50例予以中医药治疗,对照组服用中成药小金胶囊。结果治疗后,与对照组比,实验组及不同中医证型的患者治疗后肿块直径、输乳管内径和乳腺腺体层厚度缩小更明显(P<0.05)。实验组患者的积分改善率高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组的有效人数较多,无效人数较少(P<0.05)。结论使用调摄冲任法治疗乳腺增生症可以有效改善患者症状。Objective To explore the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine tiaoshechongren method in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods 100 cases with mammary gland hyperplasia were divided into two groups, 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with tiaoshechongren method and 50 patients in the control group were treated with xiaojin capsule. Results After treatment, compared with the control group, the diameter of the tumor, the diameter of the internal mammary duct and the thickness of the mammary gland layer in the experimental group and the patients with different TCM syndromes were reduced more significantly （P〈0.05）. The improvement rate of the integral in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, the effective number of the experimental group was more, and the number of invalid was less （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yiaoshechongren method can improve the symptoms of mammary gland hyperplasia.
