摘  要:目的观察山药汤用于预防危重患者腹泻的临床效果。方法采用便利收样法选择2016年2—8月江苏省中医院EICU收治的80例患者作为对照组,给予常规护理,而2016年9月—2017年2月收治的107例患者作为实验组,在采用常规护理方法的基础上加用山药汤分次鼻饲进行护理干预。结果实验组的腹泻发生率及程度较对照组低(两组腹泻发生率比较,χ2=5.01,P<0.05;两组腹泻程度比较,z=-2.157,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论山药汤能有效降低危重患者腹泻的发生率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of yam soup in preventing diarrhea in critically ill patients. Methods The convenience sample collection method was used to select 80 cases from February 2016 to August 2016 in EICU of Jiangsu Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, these patients were treated with routine care as control group, and a total of 107 cases of patients from September 2016 to February 2017 were treated with conventional methods of nursing and Chinese yam soup into nasal feeding as the experimental group. Results The incidence and degree of diarrhea in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (incidence of diarrhea, X^2=5.01, P〈0.05; diarrhea degree, z =-2.157, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Yam decoction can effectively reduce the incidence of diarrhea in critically ill patients.
