地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗对肛肠疾病术后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肛肠疾病术后患者应用地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗的临床效果。方法根据随机数字法对112例本院2015年2月—2017年3月收治的肛肠疾病术后患者进行分组,实验组56例患者采用地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗,对照组56例采用地奥司明片治疗,对比两组水肿评分与NRS评分。结果实验组肛肠疾病术后患者NRS评分低于对照组,水肿评分也低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地奥司明片与马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗效果显著,可降低肛肠疾病术后患者的NRS评分和水肿评分。Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of diosmin tablet and mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoid ointment on postoperative anorectal diseases.Methods According to the random number method,112 cases in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 postoperative patients with anorectal diseases were divided into two groups,56 cases in experimental group were treated with diosmin combined with mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoid ointment,56 cases in control group were treated with diosmin tablet,edema scores and NRS score between two groups were compared.Results The NRS score was lower in the experimental group than the control group,and the edema score in the experimental group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined treatment of diosmin tablet and mayinglong shexiang hemorrhoid ointment can reduce the NRS score and edema score of postoperative patients with anorectal diseases.
