胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗老年室性心律失常的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的观察分析胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗老年室性心律失常患者的临床疗效。方法选择我院2016年1月—2017年7月收治的老年室性心律失常患者116例,随机分为对照组和联合组,每组58例,对照组采用胺碘酮进行治疗,联合组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用稳心颗粒进行治疗。所有患者均连续治疗1个月,比较两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后心率和P-R间期。结果联合组总有效率高于对照组(96.55%vs.77.59%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心率和P-R间期均改善,且联合组改善较对照组更加显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗老年室性心律失常患者可以取得较好的临床疗效。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with wenxin granule in the treatment of elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 116 patients with ventricular arrhythmiain our hospital from January 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into control group and combination group,58 cases in each group,the control group was treatedwith amiodarone,on the basis,the treatment group was treated with wenxin granule.All patients were treated for 1 month.The clinical efficacy,heart rate and P-R interval before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group（96.55% vs.77.59%）,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The heart rate and P-R interval were significantly improved in the two groups after treatment,and the improvement in the combined group was more significant than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Amiodarone combined with wenxin granule in the treatment of elderly patients with ventricular arrhythmia can achieve significant clinical efficacy.
