摘  要:废弃玻璃经破碎研磨后具有火山灰活性,将其用作水泥混凝土掺合料具有良好的性能,并且有利于减少二氧化碳的排放。目前国内对此种材料用法研究甚少,国外的研究也较为零散。整理分析了国内外学者的相关研究数据,分析了玻璃粉末掺合料的物理化学特性,研究了该种水泥所制混凝土的力学性能,并分析了掺量,养护龄期和养护温度的影响,得出最佳的玻璃粉末掺合料掺量范围为20%~25%。对于推动国内玻璃粉末掺合料在水泥混凝土中应用具有积极作用。Ground glass cullet(GGC)is a kind of material with high pozzolanic activity,which can be used as cement component and be benefit to reducing carbon footprint.This study investigated the development of concrete strength using glass cullet as a cement component.This work has been undertaken by a clearly defined methodology,which involves identifying and sourcing of publications,initial appraisal and sorting of data,analysis and evaluation of data and structure and modelling of data.Both typical chemical and physical properties of GGC have been studied to evaluate the suitability as a cementitious material.This is followed by the analysis of strength development of GGC concrete.The effect of replacement level,curing age and curing temperature are studied in detail.The results revealed that 20% ~25% is the optimal replacement level in terms of developing GGC concrete strength.It would be helpful to undertaking the further research.
