摘 要:纤维素醚是机械喷涂砂浆中必不可少的添加剂。研究了2种不同黏度的羟乙基甲基纤维素醚(HEMC)对机喷砂浆密度、保水性能等物理性能的影响。以及力学性能,抗压强度、抗折强度和弹性模量的影响。在物理性能方面,研究结果显示出,随着HEMC掺量的增加,砂浆的密度是逐渐下降的;相反保水性能得到明显的提升,并且在HEMC掺量大于0.15%时保水率都不小于90%。在力学性能上,随着HEMC掺量的增加会明显降低抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量,但砂浆的折压比会有一定上升趋势,砂浆的柔韧性更好。Cellulose ether is an indispensable additive in machine-sprayed mortar.The effects of two kinds of hydroxyethyl methyl cellulose ether(HEMC)with different viscosity on the mechanical properties,such as the density and water retention of mortar were studied.As well as the mechanical properties,compressive strength,flexural strength and elastic modulus.In the aspect of physical properties,the results show that the density of mortar decreases with the increase of the content of HEMC,and the water retention performance of HEMC is improved obviously,and the water retention rate is not less than 90% when HEMC content is more than 0.15%.On the mechanical properties,with the increase of HEMC content will significantly reduce the compressive strength,flexural strength,elastic modulus,but the mortar will have acertain increase in the pressure ratio,the flexibility of mortar better.
