摘 要:将陶瓷工业废弃物——废瓷砖破碎为再生粗、细骨料及粉料,对其全组分利用制备混凝土。通过干缩试验、冻融试验和碳化试验,研究废瓷砖再生粗、细骨料及粉料对混凝土耐久性的影响。结果表明:在相同配合比条件下,用废瓷砖再生粗细骨料取代天然砂、石集料,可提高混凝土抗压强度、减少混凝土早期干缩,但会降低混凝土的抗冻融性能和抗碳化能力。掺入适量磨细废瓷粉,会劣化混凝土的抗冻融性能及抗碳化能力。The waste ceramic tile is broken into coarse and fine aggregate and powder,and the whole component of the waste ceramic tile is used to prepare concrete.The influence of recycled coarse aggregate,fine aggregate and ceramic powder on the durability of concrete was studied by the experiment of drying shrinkage,freezing-thawing and carbonation.The results show that under the same proportion,recycled aggregate replacing natural sand improve the compressive strength and reduce the shrinkage of concrete.However,anti-carbonation and freezing-thawing resistance ability of concrete was reduced by using recycled coarse and fine aggregate.Adding fine ceramic powder can deteriorate anti-carbonation and freezing-thawing resistance ability of concrete.
