摘 要:进行了预应力碳纤维布加固混凝土方柱预应力损失试验。试验考虑的影响因素包括:预应力大小、方柱的倒角半径、柱表面处理情况。试验得到了预应力碳纤维布的摩擦损失量和长期的应力松弛损失量,分析了各因素对碳纤维布预应力损失的影响,得出了预应力损失的发展规律,并提出了减小预应力碳纤维布损失的措施。试验表明:当预应力越大、倒角尺寸越小、柱表面越粗糙,则摩擦损失越大;预应力碳纤维布表面涂胶与没有涂胶相比较,应力松弛损失到达稳定状态所需的时间少且总松弛量少;预应力越大,松弛损失的速度越快;摩擦损失占预应力总损失的66%以上。Prestressing loss test for square concrete columns strengthened with prestressed CFRP sheets was conducted.The main influence factors of the experiment including prestress level,chamfering radius of square column,surface treatment of column.The prestressing loss due to friction and long-term stress relaxation of CFRP was obtained from the experiment,and the effects of influence factors on the prestress loss of CFRP sheets were analyzed,the law of prestress loss development was sumarized,some measures were put forward to reduce the pretress loss of CFRP sheets.Experimental results showed that when the prestress increased,the chamfer dimension was smaller,the column surface was more rough,and then the friction loss was greater; the time required for stress relaxation loss reached a steady state and the total relaxation loss of the prestressed carbon fiber surface with rubbercoating were less than that without it.The greater the prestress,the faster the relaxation lossed.The friction loss accounted for more than 66% of the total prestressing loss.
