摘 要:为研究型钢-水泥土组合结构的力学性能,结合实际工程中型钢水泥土搅拌墙工法中型钢不同的布置方式,对4根型钢-水泥土组合梁及2根纯型钢梁进行试验。在保持型钢截面尺寸不变的情况下,对不同截面宽度的试验梁分别采用两点加载和四点加载进行试验,研究型钢-水泥土组合梁的工作性能、破坏模式及组合梁刚度变化规律。试验结果表明:不同加载方式、截面含钢率对组合梁的破坏特征及组合刚度影响较大。根据试验结果,将组合梁的刚度变化划分为两个阶段,并提出了型钢曲服前组合刚度的计算方法,该式可适当考虑水泥土对组合梁刚度及承载力的提高作用。In order to study the mechanical properties of profiled steel-cement soil composite structure which combined with the different arrangements of profiled steel in SMW pile at actual engineering,the test was carried out with 4 profiled steel reinforced cement-soil composite beams and 2 profiled steel beams.Under the condition of keeping the size of the profiled steel unchanged,two-point loading test and four-point loading test were performed on the beams with different section widths.Based on the results of the test,the working performance,failure mode,and steel stiffness variation law of profiled steel-cement concrete composite beams were studied.The test results showed that the failure modes and the stiffness of the composite beams were greatly affected by different loading patterns and the steel ratios of the section.Based on the test results,the variation of the composite beam stiffness was divided into two stages,the calculation method of the combined stiffness before yield was put forward,which could be appropriate to consider the role of cement soil that played in improving composite beam stiffness and bearing capacity in engineering design.
