摘　　要：盐酸罗替戈汀是用于治疗早期继发性帕金森病和晚期帕金森病的药物,本文从拆分、手性辅剂和不对称催化三个方面对盐酸罗替戈汀的合成路线进行了综述。其中,拆分路线是盐酸罗替戈汀合成的主要路线。Rotigotine hydrochloride is a drug for the treatment of early secondary and late Parkinson＇s disease. This article reviews the synthetic routes of rotigotine hydrochloride in three aspects, such as resolution, chiral auxiliary and asymmetric catalysis. Among them, resolution is the main method for synthesis of the target compotmd.
