右旋柠烯的药理毒理及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：柠檬烯是自然界中常见的单萜类化合物,是一种具有柠檬香味的挥发油,主要存在于一些柑橘(橙、柠檬和葡萄柚)中。右旋柠烯是柠檬烯主要的存在形式,动物试验表明右旋柠烯具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化应激等作用。毒性研究表明右旋柠烯毒性极低,虽然对雄性大鼠可致肾小管肿瘤,但对小鼠和雌性大鼠无致癌性,对人类无致癌、致突变和肾毒性。临床上右旋柠烯用于溶解胆结石、缓解胃灼热等。本文综述了其药理毒理及临床应用的研究进展。Limonene, a common monoterpenoid compound, is a kind of lemon scented volatile oil and mainly exists in some citrus fruits （orange, lemon and grapefruit）, and D-limonene is the main form. This paper is a review of pharmacology, toxicology and clinical application of D-limonene. The animal studies have illustrated that D-limonene can block cancer development through inhibiting tumor cell proliferation and promoting cell apoptosis. Besides, it also has the effects of antioxidant stress and anti-inflammatory, which can decrease blood glucose level and reduce the production of inflammatory factors. The toxicity studies have shown that D-limonene can cause renal tubule tumors in male rats, but there is no carcinogenicity to mice and female rats. Besides, no carcinogenicity, mutagenicity or renal toxicity to human beings are observed. At present, D-limonene is mainly used to dissolve gallstones, relieve heartburn in clinic.
