摘 要:对用月桂基聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)和氯乙酸钠合成月桂基聚氧乙烯醚羧酸钠(AEC)的工艺进行了优化。用响应面分析法优化了氯乙酸钠与AEO-7的摩尔比,反应时间和反应温度,并建立了相应的二次回归模型。通过回归分析,影响AEC产率的因素依次为反应时间>氯乙酸钠与AEO-7的摩尔比>反应温度,最佳的合成条件是氯乙酸钠与AEO-7的摩尔比为1.3,反应时间8 h,反应温度70℃。此条件下AEC的产率为62.90%,与二次回归模型预测的产率63.09%高度一致。The process for the synthesis of lauryl polyoxyethylene ether carboxylate (AEC) with lauryl polyoxyethylene ether (AEO-7) and sodium chloroacetate was optimized.The molar ratio of sodium chloroacetate to AEO-7,reaction time and reaction temperature were optimized by response surface methodology,and the corresponding quadratic regression model was established.By regression analysis,the factors influencing AEC yield were the reaction time〉 molar ratio of sodium chloroacetate to AEO-7〉 reaction temperature.The optimum synthesis conditions which the molar ratio of sodium chloroacetate to AEO-7 was 1.3 and reaction time was 8 h, reaction temperature was 70 ℃.The yield of AEC was 62.90% under the conditions,which was in agreement with the predicted yield of 63.09%.
