摘 要:回转窑托轮轴瓦工况恶劣,研制了一种润滑油以解决回转窑托轮轴瓦的润滑问题。研制的托轮轴瓦润滑油由光亮油70%,聚α-烯烃10%,聚异丁烯黏度指数改进剂20%,聚甲基丙烯酸酯降凝剂1.0%和氯系极压抗磨剂2.0%组成。该托轮轴瓦润滑油40℃运动黏度约1500 mm2/s,黏度指数约110,凝点-15℃,常温下最大无卡咬负荷为1472 N,高温下(70℃)最大无卡咬负荷为932 N。经过半年的实际使用,研制的托轮轴瓦润滑油能够满足回转窑托轮轴瓦的润滑要求。The working conditions of rotary kiln supporting wheel bushing were poor. A lubricant was researched to solve its lubrication problem.The supporting wheel bushing lubricant was composed by bright oil 70%, poly-ct-olefin 10%, polyisobutylene viscosity index improver 20%, polymethacrylate pour point depressant 1.0% and chlorine extreme pressure anti-wear agent 2.0%.The 40℃ kinematic viscosity of lubricant was about 1500 mm2/s, viscosity index was about 110, freezing point was -15 ℃.The last nonseizure load was 1472 N at room temperature, and the last nonseizure load was 932 N at high temperature (70℃).After six months of actual use, the supporting wheel lubricants could meet the lubrication requirements of rotary kiln supporting wheel hushing.
