摘  要:用环-块磨损试验机建立了评价含烟炱柴油机油抗磨损性能的模拟试验,对模拟试验条件进行了研究。用3.0%质量分数的碳黑分散在柴油机油中以模拟含烟炱的柴油机油,在试验温度100℃,试验时间3 h,试验负荷小于800 N和试验转速小于1500 r/min的条件下,建立的模拟试验具有较好的区分性。当环磨损失重≤5.0 mg时,模拟试验的重复性偏差为1.9 mg;当环磨损失重>5.0 mg时,模拟试验的重复性偏差为8.9 mg。该模拟试验简单,经济,可靠,能够有效地评价含烟炱柴油机油的抗磨损性能。A simulation test was conducted to evaluate the anti-wear performance of Diesel engine oils with soot by ring-block wear tester, and the simulation test condition was researched.The carbon black with a mass fraction of 3.0% was dispersed in a Diesel engine oils to simulate a soot-containing Diesel engine oils.The simulated test was well distinguishable under the conditions of the test temperature 100 ℃ ,the test time 3 h,the test load less than 800 N and the test rotating speed less than 1500 r/min.When the ring wear loss was --≤5.0 mg, the repeatability deviation of the simulation test was 1.9 mg.When the ring wear loss was 〉5.0 mg, the repeatability deviation of the simulation test was 8.9 mg.The simulation test was simple, economical and reliable, and could effectively evaluate the anti-wear performance of Diesel engine oils with soot.
