摘  要:对35 nm石墨,100 nm石墨和微米石墨在航空润滑脂中的摩擦学性能进行了研究。分别将35 nm石墨,100 nm石墨和微米石墨添加到航空润滑脂中分散均匀,用四球试验机考察了3种石墨航空润滑脂在392 N,588 N和686 N负荷下的摩擦因数和磨斑直径。在686 N时,35 nm石墨(1.0%~4.0%质量分数),100 nm石墨(1.0%~4.0%质量分数)和微米石墨(1.0%质量分数)均能明显地降低航空润滑脂的摩擦因数。当35 nm石墨为3.0﹪质量分数时,航空润滑脂在各种负荷下的磨斑直径较小。当100 nm石墨为2.0﹪质量分数时,在686 N高负荷下航空润滑脂的磨斑直径较小。在低负荷(392 N,588 N)下,航空润滑脂的磨斑直径随着微米石墨添加量的增加而增大,但在686 N负荷下磨斑直径有所减小。纳米石墨的摩擦学性能优于微米石墨。在低负荷(392 N,588 N)下,纳米石墨对航空润滑脂的摩擦学性能几乎没有改善(因为试验用航空润滑脂为全配方成品脂),但在高负荷(686 N)下,仍可明显提高航空润滑脂的减摩性能。The tribological properties of 35 nm graphite, 100 nm graphite and micron graphite in aviation grease were studied.Respectively, 35 nm graphite, 100 nm graphite and micron graphite were added to the aviation grease in the uniform dispersion.The frictional coefficient and the worn diameter of these three kinds of graphite aviation grease under the load of 392 N, 588 N and 686 N were investigated by four-ball tester.Under the load of 686 N, 35 nm graphite(1.0% to 4.0% mass fraction), 100 nm graphite(1.0% to 4.0% mass fraction) and micron graphite (1.0% mass fraction) could significantly reduce the frictional coefficient of aviation grease.When the 35 nm graphite was 3.0% mass fraction,the worn diameter were smaller under various loads.When thel00 nm graphite was 2.0% mass fraction, the worn diameter were smaller under the load of 686 N.Under the low load (392 N, 588 N), the worn diameter of aviation grease increased with the addition increase of micron graphite.But the worn diameter decreased under the load of 686 N.The tribological properties of nano-graphite were better than that of micron graphite.Under the low load (392 N, 588 N ), the tribological properties of aviation grease almost could not be improved (because the aviation grease tested was the fully formula finished grease) ,but under high load (686 N), the friction-reducing property of aviation grease could be improved obviously.
