摘 要:综采顺槽带式输送机井下煤炭运输的重要组成部分,采用自动化手段实现综采顺槽带式输送机无人值守,提高煤矿自动化水平意义重大。以大柳塔煤矿12上315综采顺槽带式输送机改造为例,介绍了综采顺槽带式输送机无人值守自动化改造。此次改造实现了地面生产调度指挥中心对井下综采顺槽带式输送机的实时监测、监控,提高了矿井自动化水平,保证了带式输送机设备的经济、可靠运行。The important part of the underground coal transportation in fully mechanized coal mining with belt conveyor, it has great significance to improve the level of coal mine automation. On the top 315 of the fully mechanized Daliuta Coal Mine 12, the reform of the belt conveyor is taken as an example to describe the automatic transformation of the fully mechanized mining machine for the automatic belt conveyor.
