摘　　要：介绍了一种斜井更换钢绳芯输送带的施工工艺,并对该种施工工艺需要解决的问题以及关键技术细节进行了说明。通过在同煤同发东周窑矿井主斜井的实践应用,再结合常见的更换输送带施工工艺比较,提出了此工艺方法的优越性和推广价值。Introduced a new technology for rapid replacing conveying belt with wire rope cord in inclined shaft. Explained the problems need to be solved and the key details of technology. The superiority and promotive value of the technology were brought to light in the practice of Tongfa Dongzhouyao Coal Mine by comparison with common technologies.
