摘  要:气体代谢检测结果对临床营养方案的设计有重要的参考价值。对气体代谢测试系统的实现方法进行了初步探讨,为了给患者提供合理有效的营养支持,促进患者的代谢平衡,设计了一种人体营养代谢测试系统。主控制器采用STM32F302R8T6,实现了对电磁阀阀门和抽气泵的精确控制。采用了高精度的氧化锆O_2传感器和红外式CO_2传感器,精确测量了人体呼出气体中的O_2浓度和CO_2浓度。根据VCO_2和VO_2的值以及Weir公式,计算出呼吸商(RQ)、基础代谢率(BME)、静息能耗(REE)以及三大营养物质的量,为人体营养代谢情况的分析提供了可靠的依据。In order to provide reasonable and effective nutrition support for patients, a kind of human nu-trition metabolism test system was developmented. Using STM32F302R8T6 as the main controller to realize theprecise control of the solenoid valve and the pump in the system hardware design. The 02 concentration and theconcentration of CO2 in the exhaled breath of human body were measured accurately by using a high - precisionzirconia 02 sensor and an infrared CO2 sensor. The MSC series flow sensor was used to measure the gas flow ve-locity v in real time, and the gas volume V was obtained by the integral operation of the convective velocity vcurve. In the system of software design, calculating the VCO2 and the VO2 according to the process of humanrespiration nitrogen gas is always the same, and the respiratory quotient (RQ), basal metabolic rate (BME),resting energy consumption (REE) and the amount of three nutrients were calculated based on the values and theWeir formula, providing a reliable basis for human nutrition metabolic situation.
