摘 要:本文基于聚合物微球调驱机理研究,针对BZ25-1油田开发现状,在室内开展聚合物微球筛选及性能评价研究,为油田现场聚合物微球调驱技术的实施筛选出最佳的调驱剂。通过物理模拟实验,对药剂体系的封堵性能和调驱性能进行研究。实验结果表明:BZ25-1油田用聚合物微球平均直径100nm,水化时间3-5天,膨胀性较好,抗压强度优良。聚合物微球在高低渗岩心中的封堵率分别为94.56%和92.78%,且聚合物微球体系对非均质油藏具有较好的驱油效果,在高低渗层采收率分别提高19.3%和9.2%。In this paper, polymer microspheres flooding mechanism based on research, the current situation BZ25-1 oilfield development, indoors polymeric microspheres screening and performance evaluation study carried out for the implementation of oilfield polymer microspheres flooding technology screening the best tune flooding agent. Through physical simulation experiments, plugging performance and the performance of flooding agent system were studied. The results showed that: BZ25-1 oilfield polymer microsphere average diameter 100nm, hydration time 3-5 days, the expansion is better, superior compressive strength. Polymer microspheres plugging rate in low permeability cores for 94.56% and 92.78% respectively, and the polymer microsphere system for heterogeneous reservoir with good oil displacement efficiency, improve the level of diffusion layer, respectively, in recovery 19.3% and 9.2%.
