摘 要:为了准确测试RAP集料密度,通过对2种集料拌制的混合料进行模拟老化,测试燃烧炉法、抽提法分离后集料与原集料密度,对比分析了集料密度变化及不同RAP掺量下合成毛体积密度(G_(sb)和矿料间隙率(VMA)。试验结果表明,分离方法、老化程度对集料密度有影响,G_(sb)影响大于集料密度;不同分离方法对VMA造成不同的偏差,受RAP掺量影响;玄武岩宜采用抽提法分离,卵碎石宜采用燃烧法分离。In order to test RAP aggregate density accurately, two kinds of aggregate asphalt mixture were aged simulation. The density of separated aggregate and was tested by burner methods and extraction methods, and was compared with original aggregate. Change of aggregate density, volume density (Gsb) and voids in the mineral aggregate (VMA) at different RAP content were compared. The result shows that, separation methods and aging degree have influence on aggregate density, the Gsb effect more than separation methods. Different of VMA for various separation methods cause different deviation to the VMA, affected by RAP content. Basalt should select extraction method to separate, while, combustion method is better for egg of gravel.
