摘　　要：本文介绍了简单重复序列(simple sequence repeat,SSR)分子标记的原理及优点,综述了该技术在植物遗传多样性、种质资源鉴定、杂交种纯度鉴定以及蓖麻研究中的应用,并展望了DNA分子标记技术在蓖麻遗传育种上的应用前景,以期为SSR分子标记的研究与应用提供参考。In the paper,the principle and characteristics of the DNA molecular marker techniques of simple sequence repeat （SSR）were described. The research of the technique in the fields such as genetic polymorphism analysis ,germplasm resources,hybrids purity identification and application on castor were summarized. The application prospect of DNA molecular marker technology in castor was put forward ,with the purpose of offering references to research and application of castor.
