摘 要:为增强百色市农业洪涝灾害的应对能力,通过运用百色市的气象数据、基础地理信息数据、社会经济数据和灾情数据,构建模型中的4个指标因子,即致险因子危险度、孕灾环境敏感性、承灾体易损度和防灾减灾能力,根据层次分析法确定的各因子权重,构建百色市农业暴雨洪涝灾害风险度评估模型,利用GIS绘制百色农业暴雨洪涝灾害风险区划图。百色市范围内发生农业洪涝灾害风险最高为凌云县,其次为河谷一带。得出的等级区划结果与近年百色市暴雨洪涝灾害发生的区域基本一致,较为准确地反映了百色市农业洪涝灾害的潜在风险现状。To improve the coping capacity of agricultural flood disaster in Baise City, by using the meteorological data, physical geographic data, socio-economic data and disaster data of Baise City, four indexes of the model were constituted,including susceptibility, disaster-hitting environment sensitivity,disaster-bearing object vulnerability and disaster prevention and reduction capability.Using the AHP method ,the weights of every index were determined,agricultural flood risk evaluation model was conducted. With GIS technology,the agricultural flood and rainstorm disaster risk was zoned. Results showed that Lingyun County had the highest risk of agricultural flood and rainstorm disaster,and followed by the river valley area. The zoning result was basically consistent with spatial distribution of flood disaster losses, and accurately revealed the distribution of potential risk of the agricultural flood and rainstorm disaster risk in Baise City.
