摘　　要：本文阐述了西安市农业环境的现状,并提出了农产品认证和基地管理建议及其他配套的监管办法,以期促进西安市农业环境的改善,实现农业可持续发展。The status of agricultural environment in Xi＇ an City was described,and some suggestions on agricultural product certification,base management and other regulatory measures were put forward,in order to promote the improvement of agricultural environment in Xi＇an City and achieve the sustainable development of agriculture.
