摘　　要：图书馆组织新生参加入馆教育,为新生构建专业知识体系提供了实用而有效的平台,充分发挥了图书馆文献信息教育与服务育人的作用。通过新生入馆教育,把初始读者转化为图书馆的存量读者和流量读者,文章就此进行初步的分析和探讨。Library organize freshman to participate in the entrance education a offers a practical and effective platform or the new students to build a professional knowledge system, gives full play to the library literature information education and services to educate the role. Through the entrance education of freshmen, the initial readers converse into stock readers and flow readers, this article preliminary analyzes and discusses on this.
