摘　　要：目的:分析临床药师参与癫痫患者临床治疗用药实践的体会及其典型案例,为癫痫患者合理用药的指导提供参考。方法:阐述临床药师参与癫痫患者临床用药治疗的工作模式,并分析了部分癫痫患者治疗的典型病例。结果:临床药师对癫痫患者进行用药指导,能有效提高癫痫患者用药依从性、自我管理能力,也提高了患者心理健康及生活质量。结论:临床药师参与医师、护士团队协作治疗,促进了药物治疗的合理性,确保了癫痫患者的用药安全、有效。Objective： To analyze the practical experience of clinical pharmacists who take partin in the therapy or patients with epilepsy and their typical cases, and to provide the guidance for rational use of drugs in patients with epi- lepsy. Methods： The working mode of clinical pharmacists providing medication instructions in patients with epilepsy was described, and some typical cases were analyzed. Results： To provide epilepsy patients＇ medication instructions can effectively improve their compliance behavior and self-management skills, improve the mental health and the quality of life of epilepsy patients. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists＇ participating in the cooperative treatment with doctors and nurses can promote clinical rational drug use, and improve the efficacy and safety of clinical medication in patients with epilepsy.
