补肾健脾活血方对去卵巢大鼠骨密度与骨强度的影响  

Influence of Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Recipe on the Bone Mineral Density and Bone Strength of Ovariectomized Rats

摘　　要：用补肾健脾活血方对卵巢切除雌性大鼠进行治疗 ,并与正常对照组、模型对照组和雌激素尼尔雌醇治疗组进行比较。结果显示 :补肾健脾活血方可显著提高大鼠骨密度和骨强度 ,疗效明显优于尼尔雌醇治疗组 ,且经补肾健脾活血方治疗后大鼠骨密度和骨强度接近于正常对照组。说明补肾健脾活血方治疗骨质疏松症动物模型既可增加骨量又可增加骨强度 ,从而减少骨折发生率。The ovariectomized rats were treated with Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe and compared with normal control group and treating group of hormone Nylestriol.The result indicated:Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe can improve the bone mineral density and bone strength of ovarietomized rats obviously.The curative effect of Bushen Jianpi Huexue recipe group is superior to control group of Nylestriol.The experiment verifies that Bushen Jianpi Huoxue recipe can increase the bone quantity and bone strength and reduce the ratio of fracture of osteoporosis.
