精细化管理在41例风湿免疫性疾病护理中的运用探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化管理在风湿免疫性疾病护理中的应用效果。方法抽取我院收治的风湿免疫性疾病患者82例作为研究对象。将其随机分为两组。对照组(n=41)在护理中施行常规管理,研究组(n=41)则施行精细化管理,对两组患者的护理质量、患者满意度指标进行统计学分析。结果 (1)研究组护理质量评分为(95.67±2.47)分,高于对照组的(89.72±3.66)分;(2)研究组患者的满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的90.24%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理在风湿免疫性疾病护理中的应用效果显著。Objective To explore the application effect of meticulous management in nursing care of rheumatic immune diseases. Methods A total of 82 cases of patients with rheumatic disease were selected as the study objects. And they were randomly divided into two groups. The control group（n=41） received routine management in nursing, the study group（n=41） was the implementation of fine management. The nursing quality and patient satisfaction index of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results（1） The nursing quality score of the study group was（95.67 ±2.47） points, which was higher than that of the control group（89.72±3.66） points;（2） The satisfaction degree of patients in the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 90.24% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of meticulous management in nursing care of rheumatic immune diseases is significant.
