摘 要:本文研究了聚合物掺量、养护制度对丙烯酸酯乳液改性混凝土抗碳化性能的影响及其微观结构。结果表明,随着聚合物掺量增加混凝土抗碳化性能显著提高,初期碳化速率仍较快,后期碳化速率显著降低;与标准养护制度相比,采用7d标养,21d干养的养护制度对改性混凝土进行养护,当碳化龄期分别为7d,4d,21d和28d时,碳化深度分别下降低了25%,21.1%,15%和9.5%;微观结构分析表明,碳化初期形成的碳酸钙与聚合物相互协同作用对提高混凝土后期抗碳化性能具有显著的效果。In this paper,the effect of polymer content and curing system on carbonation resistance and mi-crostructure of modified concrete were researched.The results indicate that with the increase of polymer content the carbonation resistance of concrete improved significantly,but the early carbonation ratestill faster,the late carbonation rate reduced significantly.In comparison with 28d standard curing system,using 7d standard curing and 21d room temperature dry curing system,when the carbonation age of 7d,14d,21d and 28d respectively,the carbonation depth was reduced by 25%, 21.1%, 15% and 9.5% respectively.Microstructure analysis show that calcium carbonate in the early formation and polymer mutual synergy to improve the performance of the carbonation resistance of concrete has significant effect.
