摘 要:结构安全是工程设计中保证建筑安全的重要内容。钢筋混凝土框架结构以其造价低、平面布置灵活、易于设置大空间等优点,在工业与民用建筑中被广泛应用。钢筋混凝土框架结构侧向刚度小,在抗震设防高烈度区其内力、侧移较大,易出现二阶效应、节点域抗剪超限、层间位移角难以控制等问题。论文结合哈萨克斯坦9度(0.4g)Ⅱ类场地的具体工程,对抗震设计的要点及常见问题进行了设计分析,可为类似工程的设计提供参考。The structures must be designed in safety. The reinforced concrete structure is widelyused in industrial and civil buildings because of its low cost, flexible layout and easy to set up large space. However, the reinforced concrete frame structure also has some problems, such as small lateral stiffness, the larger internal force and the larger lateral displacement in high intensity area, obvious second order effect, shear resistance overdue in the joint area, and inter-story displacement angle difficult to control and so on. The main points of the anti-seismic design and the common problems will be analyzed and summarized combing with the specific project of 9 degrees (0.4g) and II site in Kazakhstan. It can provide reference for the design of similar projects in the future.
