房颤患者经导管消融术后生活质量的变化

摘　　要：目的分析导管消融术对房颤患者术后生活质量的影响。方法选取2012年1月至2015年9月在我院行导管射频消融术的房颤患者78例作为研究对象,于消融术前及术后1年对所有患者采用SF-36量表进行生活质量评估。结果消融术后1年,所有患者PF、RP、GH、SF、RE、MH六项生活质量评分较术前明显改善(P<0.01);阵发性房颤组患者术后1年PF、RP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH七项生活质量评分较术前明显改善(P<0.01);持续性房颤组患者术后1年PF、RP、GH、SF、RE五项生活质量评分较术前明显改善(P<0.01);未复发组患者术后1年PF、RP、GH、VT、SF、RE、MH七项生活质量评分较术前明显改善(P<0.01);复发组患者术后PF、RP、GH、SF、RE、MH六项生活质量评分较术前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论导管消融术可以改善房颤患者术后1年的生活质量,不论术前是阵发性或持续性房颤、术后有无复发,均有不同程度的改善作用。Objective To analyze the effect of catheter ablation on the quality of life in patients with atrial fibrillation（AF） after operation. Methods Seventy-eight patients with AF in our hospital from January 2012 to September 2015 were collected. The patients＇ quality of life were assessed by SF-36 scale before and 1 years after ablation. Results One year after ablation, the six quality of life scores of PF, RP, GH, SF, RE and MH in all the patients significantly improved compared with those before operation（P〈0.01）; the seven quality of life scores of PF, RP, GH, VT, SF, RE and MH in the patients with paroxysmal AF significantly improved compared with those before operation（P〈0.01）; the five quality of life scores of PF, RP, GH, SF and RE in patients with persistent AF significantly improved compared with those before operation（P〈0.01）; the seven quality of life scores of PF, RP, GH, VT, SF, RE and MH in the non recurrence group significantly improved compared with those before operation（P〈0.01）; the six quality of life scores of PF, RP, GH, SF, RE and MH in the recurrent group significantly improved compared with those before the operation（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Catheter ablation can improve the quality of life in patients with AF after one year of operation, whether paroxysmal or persistent AF, postoperative recurrence or not, it can improve the quality of life in varying degrees.
