益气填精汤治疗卵泡期黄体不健性功血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨卵泡期黄体不健性功血采用益气填精汤治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的卵泡期黄体不健性功血患者60例为研究对象,将患者按照就诊先后顺序,分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组患者给予炔诺酮,观察组患者在此基础上给予益气填精汤治疗。比较两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状、基础体温高温相持续时间及孕激素水平。结果治疗后,两组患者各临床症状、基础体温高温相持续时间及孕激素水平明显优于治疗前,且研究组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在卵泡期黄体不健性功血患者的临床治疗过程中,采用益气填精汤治疗临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Tianjing decoction in the treatment of luteal phase defect dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 60 patients with luteal phase defect dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted in our hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the admission sequences, with30 cases in each group. The control group was given norethindrone, and on this basis, the study group was treated with Yiqi Tianjing decoction. The clinical symptoms, basal body high temperature phase duration and progesterone levels were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the incidences of clinical symptoms, basal body high temperature phase duration and progesterone levels of the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those of the study group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Yiqi Tianjing decoction in patients with luteal phase defect dysfunctional uterine bleeding is remarkable, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
