危机管理在急诊外科中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析危机管理在急诊外科中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院收治的84例急诊外科患者的临床资料,根据护理方法将其分为研究组(42例)与对照组(42例)。对照组进行常规护理,研究组基于常规护理实施危机管理。对比两组外科患者的护理效果。结果与对照组相比较而言,研究组患者的急救总有效率、病情控制时间、住院时间及护理满意度明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论危机管理应用于急诊外科护理安全管理中的效果显著,不仅可以提升患者对临床护理服务工作的满意度与急救成功率,还可以缩短患者的病情控制时间、住院时间,有利于进一步促进患者的康复,确保患者的生命安全,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。Objective To analyze the application value of crisis management in emergency surgery nursing. Methods The clinical data of 84 emergency surgery patients admitted in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into research group（42 cases） and control group（42 cases） according to the nursing method. The control group was given routine nursing, and the research group was given crisis management based on routine nursing. The surgical nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results In comparison with the control group, the surgical emergency total effective rate, disease control time, hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the research group were obviously better, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The crisis management in emergency surgery nursing safety management has significant effect, not only can promote patient＇s clinical nursing satisfaction and success rate of emergency, but also can shorten the patient＇s disease control time, hospitalization time, which is conducive to further promote the patient＇s rehabilitation, ensure the patient＇s life safety. It is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.
