人文关怀性护理在原发性肝癌患者介入治疗中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨人文关怀性护理在原发性肝癌患者介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年1月至2016年1月136例原发性肝癌介入术的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组68例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组护理的基础上给予人文关怀性护理。比较两组患者术后的生活质量与心理状态评分。结果护理前,两组患者QOL评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者QOL评分均显著高于护理前,且观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的SAS评分比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者SAS评分均显著低于护理前,且观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人文性关怀护理应用于原发性肝癌介入手术治疗患者,提高患者术后生活质量,减少患者负面情绪,有利于手术后的恢复,增进医患关系的和谐,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effect of humanistic nursing care for patients with primary liver cancer after interventional therapy. Methods A total of 136 patients with primary liver cancer after interventional therapy in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given humanistic nursing on the basis of the control group. The QOL and psychological state score were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in QOL scores between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the QOL scores in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment, and that in the observation group was obviously higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups before treatment（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the SAS scores in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and that in the observation group was obviously lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The humanistic nursing used for patients with primary liver cancer after interventional therapy can improve the life quality of patients, reduce the patient＇s negative mood, be conducive to the recovery after surgery and promote the harmonious doctor-patient relationship, which is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
