化痰祛瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛30例疗效观察

摘　　要：观察化痰祛瘀汤治疗痰瘀互结型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将60例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为2组各30例,对照组予以冠心病二级预防规范治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加化痰祛瘀汤治疗。4周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程。观察比较治疗前后2组患者心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油用量及中医证候疗效。结果:治疗组在心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效、治疗后硝酸甘油使用量及中医证候疗效方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,治疗组1例患者出现皮肤瘙痒,对照组2例患者出现乏力纳差,余无不良反应发生。结论:化痰祛瘀汤可明显减轻冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状、改善心电图缺血征象、降低硝酸甘油使用量、改善中医证候学指标,且临床不良反应发生率低,可进一步推广与应用。Objective ： To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Huatan Quyu decoction in the treatment of angina peetoris with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis. Methods ： A total of 60 patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given standard secondary prevention of coronary heart disease, and those in the treatment group were given Huatan Quyu decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group. Each course of treatment was 4 weeks, and both groups were treated for 2 courses. The two groups were compared in terms of the clinical outcome of angina pectoris, electrocardiographic findings, amount of ni- troglycerin used, and outcome of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome. Results ： Compared with the control group, the treatment group had significantly better results in the clinical outcome of angina peetoris, electrocardiographic findings, amount of nitroglycerin used after treatment, and outcome of TCM syndrome （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. During the treatment, one patient in the treatment experienced pruritus and two in the control group experienced weakness and poor appetite;there were no other adverse reactions. Conclusion ： Huatan Quyu decoction can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of angina peetoris, improve the ischemic findings on electrocardiogram, reduce the amount of nitroglycerin used, and improve TCM syndrome indices with a low incidence rate of adverse reactions. Therefore,it holds promise for clinical application.
