参苓灌洗液鼻腔冲洗治疗成人慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后50例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨和研究成人慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术治疗过程中应用参苓灌洗液鼻腔冲洗的价值和意义。方法:将行成人慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术治疗的100例患者按照双盲对照原则进行分组,其中术后接受0.9%氯化钠注射液+地塞米松磷酸钠注射液进行鼻腔冲洗的50例设为对照组,术后接受参苓灌洗液进行鼻腔冲洗的50例设为治疗组,均以2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。观察比较2组治疗结束时及治疗后1、3、6个月Lund-kennedy评分的差异,并评定综合疗效。结果:总有效率治疗组为94.0%,对照组为62.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗结束时及治疗后1、3、6个月的Lund-kennedy评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:成人慢性鼻-鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后采用参苓灌洗液进行鼻腔冲洗,有助于提高治疗效果,在减轻局部炎症反应的同时增加分泌物的排出量,促进黏膜局部修复效果,值得推广。Objective ：To investigate the value and significance of nasal in＇igation with Shenling lavage fluid in the treatment of adult chronic rhinitis - sinusitis by endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods ： According to the double - blind principle, 100 patients who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery for adult chronic rhinitis - sinusitis were di- vided into control group and treatment group ,with 50 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were given nasal irrigation with 0. 9% sodium chloride injection plus dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection after surgery, and those in the treatment group were given nasal irrigation with Shenling lavage fluid. Each course of treat- ment was two weeks, and both groups were treated for two courses. The two groups were compared with respect to the Lund- Kennedy score immediately after treatment and at 1,3, and 6 months after treatment, and the clinical out- come was evaluated. Results：There was a significant difference in overall response rate between the treatment group and the control group （94.0% vs 62.0% ,P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the treatment group had a significantly better Lund - Kennedy score immediately after treatment and at 1,3, and 6 months after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Nasal irrigation with Shenling lavage fluid after endoscopic sinus surgery for adult chronic rhini- tis - sinusitis can improve the therapeutic outcome, alleviate local inflammatory response,increase the amount of secretions discharged, and promote the local repair of mucus. Therefore, it holds promise for clinical application.
