城市休闲舒适物与城市发展的协调度——以成都为例

摘　　要：休闲舒适物与城市发展之间存在显著的互动关系,已成为相关研究领域的热点。以成都市为例,构建休闲舒适物与城市发展评价指标体系,研究1986—2014年成都市休闲舒适物与城市发展之间的协调关系。结果表明:休闲舒适物与城市发展协调度呈持续上升趋势,1986—1996年为协调发展度低阶段,1997—2005年为协调发展度较低阶段,2006—2012年为协调发展度中等阶段,2013—2014年为协调发展度较高阶段;休闲舒适物与城市发展水平总体呈上升趋势,两者的综合评价水平差距呈现缩小-拉大-缩小的特征,并不断趋向于良性的协调状态;1995年前为城市发展延迟型,1995年后为休闲舒适物发展延迟型。据此提出成都市休闲舒适物与城市协调发展的建议:加大居民休闲方式调研,布局城市休闲舒适物;加强休闲舒适物的游憩性,提升城市吸引力;重视城市休闲环境建设,促进休闲与城市共同发展。There is a significant interaction between leisure amenity and urban development,which becomes a research focus. This paper,taking Chengdu as a case,constructs an evaluation index system of leisure amenity and urban development and discusses the coordinative relationship. The results show that: the coordinative degree increases continuously,the period from 1986 to 1996 is the lowest coordination stage,the period from 1997 to 2005 is the lower coordination stage,the period from 2006 to 2012 is medium coordination stage,and the period from 2013 to2014 is the higher coordination stage; both the level of leisure amenity and urban development in Chengdu increased greatly from 1986 to 2014,of which the gap shows the characteristics of narrow-widen-shrink,and both are increasingly coordinated. According to the type of coordination degree,before 1995 urban development is retarded; after1995 the development of leisure amenity is lagged. On the basis,the paper puts forward some suggestions: increase residents leisure research and layout urban leisure amenity; strengthen recreational leisure amenity,enhance the city's attractiveness; pay attention to the construction of urban leisure environment,and promote the common development of urban and leisure.
